Macross News: YF-29 Alto Saotome Custom Colored Image

CyberGundam has posted a clear colored magazine scan image taken from the latest Figure-Oh magazine of the upcoming 1/100 YF-29 Alto Saotome custom plastic model that will appear in the upcoming 2nd Macross Frontier movie titled Sayonara no Tsubasa.

SG Collect member Ryo_shoko has posted in their forums of what it appears to be an new VF model for Macross Frontier. YF-29 as it called and it seems the pilot will be Alto Saotome.

Macross News: Clear Images of DX Chogokin Macross Quarter

Cybergundam has posted clear image of the upcoming DX Chogokin Macross Quarter taken in the recent Chara Hobby 2009.

The figure includes minature figures of VF-25 fighters, Queadluun-Rea, and Konig Monster.

The Macross Quarter figure is priced at 20,790 Yen inclusive of tax and its slated for December release.

Macross News: First look at VF-25F Armored Messiah

Hobby Digitamin has posted image of the upcoming 1/72 scale VF-25F Armored Messiah (Alto's unit)


The set will include the basic VF-25F model, Armored parts, SMS Action Display Base and VF-25G's Sniper Rifle. There are 33 runners in this kit.

It is priced at 8,400 Yen including tax and slated for June release.

Macross News: A Look on VF-25S Armored Messiah

Thanks to Ngee Khiong for posting this news, we now have a clear image of the Armored Pack add-on for VF-25S Messiah (Ozma Lee Custom). Very bulky indeed. The add-on will be released on DX Chogokin version with the VF-25S figure.

Macross News: Upcoming DX Chogokin VF-25S Armored Messiah

Bandai plans to release a DX Chogokin figure of the much awaited VF-25S Armored Messiah Ozma Lee custom.

I wish they would release Alto's version of Armored Messiah as well. The DX Chogokin VF-25S Armored Messiah is slated for June 2009 release and it is priced at 18,900 Yen (inclusive of tax).

Macross News: Upcoming DX Chogokin VF-25 Messiah

CyberGundam blog has posted the upcoming DX VF-25 Messiah figures that will be released in March.

The VF-25G Messiah (Michel Blanc's unit) will include the Super pack, Sniper Rifle and Display stand. It is priced at 16,800 Yen including tax.

The RVF-25 Messiah (Luca Angelloni's unit) will include the Super pack, Radome unit, Gun pod and Display base and it is priced at 17,850 Yen including tax.

Macross News: 1/72 Limited VF-25F Figure Unvieled

Cybergundam posted in his blog images of the upcoming Bandai Proshop Limited 1/72 scale of VF-25F Messiah (Alto's Unit). Unlike the regular 1/72 scale, this version has metallic detail skeleton frame and covered in cleared cover parts, this limited production release was supervised by the man himself, Shoji Kawamori (seen left picture).
