Heads-up Beast Wars fans! Seems TakaraTomy is not done yet making Transformers Masterpiece figures for this year as it was revealed that Lio Convoy will be the next figure to be released after Hound.

The figure was showcased at the on-going International Tokyo Toy Show, Masterpiece Lio Convoy is the first Beast Wars II (Second) character to be released in the line. As seen in the pics, Lio Convoy has the same height as the previously released TF Masterpiece Beast Convoy / Optimus Primal, making him in-scale (if you've seen him in the Anime movie of Beast Wars II when Primal appeared in that movie).



From what I've observed so far on these images, Lio convoy comes with an interchangeable Lion face which switches between his robot and Beast modes (as seen in the teaser image released by Dengeki Hobby) and also it comes with opening panel on his left chest which house the Matrix, just like in the original toy.
