Lately, TakaraTomy is giving us a lot of Transformers Masterpiece variants of the released Autobot characters, from Sideswpie to Tigertrack, Bumblebee to his G2 version, and everyone who can forget Prowl to Bluestreak and Smokescreen. This time, its Tracks turn go get a retool of another character and Road Rage will be the next TF Masterpiece variant to be released designated as MP-26.

For those who haven't heard of Road Rage, she was originally a Red version of Tracks from its Diaclone days before it was merged to the Transformers line and it wasn't long that TakaraTomy decided to included her in the Transformers line as a non-show character, reissuing the original colors, first released in Europe by Milton Bradley (originally as Red Tracks) and then in Japan decades later as Road Rage released as an e-Hobby exclusive.

This is first Transformers Masterpiece figure that features a Fembot character (yes Road Rage is a female Autobot). Unlike the original toy that she was originally depicted, Road Rage will have a feminine face sculpt without mouth plate and she will feature more feminine features, perhaps slimmer than the original MP Tracks mold. Like Tracks, Road Rage can transform to 3 modes and she will include a Plasma Discharger rifle as her main weapon.

As the info mentioned, Road Rage is slated for late October release however the specific date is not yet revealed as the price for this figure. We'll keep posted for more updates.
