Mega Man (Rockman in Japan) fans rejoice! Capcom has announced that there will be a new Mega Man animation series that set to air this coming 2017.

This was announced after Capcom and Dentsu; a Japanese ad agency and anime production that they will create a new animation series that will revive the franchise. They will collaborate with Man in Action (the animation company that produced successful shows such as Cartoon Network's Ben 10 series franchise and Disney XD's Marvel's Avengers and Spider-Man) to create a new 26-episode animated series.

Personally I grew up playing Mega Man games and I want to see a new animation series that will give justice to the Blue Bomber, and this might re-spark the franchise. The last Mega Man animation series aired dates back to 1994 which was short lived. The new series will air on 2017, in time for Mega Man's 30th Anniversary.
