The folks at TAG Hobby has informed that there is a new Gundam project series in works with a caption "NEXT G COMING SOON", and it looks like this will be a new anime series after Gundam Reconguista in G.

The new project titled G-Tekketsu and a new website just formally opened 3 days ago with a countdown timer indicating of the official unveiling of this new project. The project announcement will be simulcast on July 15 (12nn in Japan) and it will be live streamed at the official website simultaneously with English interpretation.

The recap highlights of the official announcement will also be available in 5 language subtitles (English, Korean, French, Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong), Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) and Simplified Chinese).


Cybergundam has also posted over at the Toy News Channel FB page an image (shown above) of what the new Gundam design might look like and title of the series is dubbed Mobile Suit Gundam: Blood of Iron, which someone has confirmed to me that this image is a fanart. Whether the image and title seen here is legit or not, we'll just have to wait for the official announcement.
