Bandai is re-releasing the METAL BUILD Gundam Astray Red Frame, but this time, it will be released as the Gundam Astray Red Frame Kai as a Tamashii Web exclusive figure release.

So what's the difference from the original release of the Red Frame from this one? For starters, Bandai will not only release the Red Frame and all of the accessories that were included in the retail release, it will also include a Tactical Arms II L and an additional "Tiger Pierce" katana as the its new equipment/weapons in its arsenal.

The Tactical Arms II L equipment is capable of changing forms (V form, Delta form, Sword form, Work form, Flight form and the "Maga no Ikutachi" claw mode) depending on the Astray Red Frame's use in battle. For hardcore Astray fans or those who haven't purchased the retail release, this is a must buy. But if you already purchased a MB Gundam Astray Red Frame, you don't need to buy this release as Bandai will also be releasing the Tactical Arms II L and "Tiger Pierce" option set separately.

As I've mentioned, the METAL BUILD Gundam Astray Red Frame Kai will include all of the accessories from the retail release, it will also include the Tactical Arms II L, "Tiger Pierce" Katana sword with sheath, backpack mount for the Tactical Arms II L, arrow form beam effect parts, display stand for the Tactical Arms II L, additional right hand for the Red Frame, and an additional Tamashii Stage Act display stand/base (clear).

Accepting pre-orders for the Red Frame Kai will start on March 10 and it's slated to be released this coming September, priced at 24,840 Yen.
