At the NY Toy Fair 2017, Transformers fans gets a glimpse of the much talked about Titans Class Trypticon which was showcased also at the event, along with the other TR figures. We have new information regarding this massive beast, let's go on to the details below.
Trypticon's city mode is such a massive playset to see, in this configuration it features a workable ramp much like its Generation 1 toy counterpart. As I've mentioned in my last post, Trypticon has a feature to 'eat' Titan Master head figures, as demonstrated in the video by Transformers Generations Design Director John Warden, we learned that there's a hole in his mouth where you can drop the small figures there where it will land on the robot's stomach, the stomach also serves as a storage for all of the Titan Master head figures inside, now you don't have to worry lost figures, especially smaller ones :). There's also a pop-up weapon gimmick where you can place a Titan Master head figure on top of Trypticon's head to reveal the weapon inside.
The biggest disappointment is that Trypticon is only around 20 inches in height, slight taller than the Combiner Wars Devastator figure and he doesn't have electronic gimmicks, but the articulation and intricate detail on the figure compensates for it. You can watch the demo video below, courtesy of Unicron.com.
Trypticon comes with his partner / chestpiece Full-Tilt with his Titan Master head Necro. He is slated to be released this fall, priced at USD149.99
