Aside from the the upcoming release of HG Gundam Barbatos, Bandai will also release a Non-Grade 1/100 scale version, slated for November release.

Unlike the HG Barbatos, the 1/100 version features an internal skeleton frame and assembling and snap fit the armor parts to the frame be able to complete the whole mobile suit, kinda a similar concept to the Master Grade releases. Though it is unclear if it will have the interchangeable / upgrading parts gimmick, or if Bandai plans to expand the line by releasing other mobile suits that will be soon be featured in the show.

The mace weapon will not be present in this kit release, instead it will include the long range cannon which it is foldable and it can be mounted easily at Barbatos' backpack arm. It will also include its katana weapon, sticker decal sheet and assembly instructions.

The Non-Grade 1/100 scale Gundam Barbatos is priced at 2,500 Yen. Thanks again to TAG Hobby for the news.
