TAKARATOMY has officially posted images of the next Masterpiece toy in line, Wheeljack that will be released this coming August.

As with the other Masterpiece Autobot cars that was previously released that features official licensed cars, Lancia approved the license to TAKARATOMY of using Wheeljack's classic vehicle mode; a Lancia Stratos Turbo, complete with the official racing stripe details and sports the Alitalia Airline sponsor logo (it was mis-spelled in the original G1 toy to avoid licensing issues with the airline company).

Wheeljack comes with his signature shoulder missile cannon (which can also be mounted on the car's roof), and a pistol. An Amazon Japan exclusive anti-hypnotic device accessory which he invented and used in the episode "The Ultimate Doom" which can be purchased along with the figure online.
