Following with the release of the Penelope, Premium Bandai will also release the improved variant, the Ξ (Xi) Gundam in the Robot Damashii -Ka signature- line as a Tamashii Web shop exclusive.

As I've mentioned, the Xi Gundam is an improved variant of the Penelope (also called Odysseus Gundam without the armor) developed by Anaheim Electronics which lacks the transformation and Flight armor unit but it has superior overall performance compared to the Penelope. The RD release will include a missile pod attached to Xi's rear skirt armor and special tampographed markings on the mobile suit.

The Xi Gundam will include the Beam rifle, shield, 2 Beam sabers, 2 Funnel missiles, Missile pod unit, Display stand and option set of hands. Preorders for this figure starts today, September 4 and slated for February 2016 release.

The RD -Ka signature- Xi Gundam Missle pod equipped (Marking Plus ver.) is priced at 16,200 Yen.
