Remember the METAL BUILD Strike Freedom Gundam with the Wings of light effect parts attached that were displayed at Tamashii Nation 2015? Well this confirms that the effect parts will indeed be released as a Tamashii web exclusive.

The Wings of Light option set is made of a three-layer structure of a clear material and PP sheet called Honeycomb Array Lens Sheet or HALS, for short, giving a 3 dimensional effect on the Strike Freedom's Wings of light. It also gives a illuminating effect when enhanced in lighting conditions.

The Wings of light set comes in 4 parts: 2 large wings and 2 small wings. It will also include 8 DRAGOON strut parts to attach the Strike Freedom's Super DRAGOON units, giving it a floating effect to recreate the Strike Freedom's full armament in the show. It will also include a special sleeve box to store the effect parts, the box art is designed by Gundam SEED Destiny's Chief Animation Director, Satoshi Shigeta.

With this upcoming release, the release of the effect parts for the METAL BUILD Destiny Gundam isn't far behind and obviously, it will be released as an exclusive as well. Check out the presentation video for the METAL BUILD Strike Freedom Gundam Wings of Light option set.

Pre-orders for this upcoming option set will start tomorrow, November 20 and its slated for June 2016 release. The METAL BUILD Strike Freedom Gundam Wings of Light Option set is priced at 7,560 Yen.
