Earlier, Fujimi Shobo announced that a new Full Metal Panic! anime TV series is currently in works, now a teaser of the rumored series was officially launched in their new official website.

The website's caption stated "Full Metal Panic! is back" and "Operation: Animation in progress". In the site, we get to see the main characters from the series: Kaname Chidori, Sousuke Sagara and Tessa Testarossa with Sousuke's new Arm Slave: the Laevatein in background.

Its still unclear who will be doing the animation or when the anime series will premiere. Full Metal Panic! is a light novel series created by Shoji Gatoh with Shikidouji serves as the illustrator, published in 1998 by Fujimi Shobo in its monthly magazine Gekkan Dragon Magazine. It spanned to a manga series, manga spin-offs and an anime TV series.
